How does payment work?
50% deposit to start, 50% on launch. Typical timeline is 2-4 weeks from deposit to delivery.
What happens if I want to cancel?
All projects include unlimited revisions during development until you're completely satisfied with the result. After launch, you have full ownership via the Client Handover Document, so you can make any changes yourself anytime. To cancel an ongoing support plan, see the cancellation policy details below.
Do I own everything?
Yes, completely. After project completion, you receive a Client Handover Document with full access to all services, accounts, passwords, and code. You own your website, domain, email, and all associated assets.
What's your cancellation policy?
One-time projects may be canceled within 48 hours of contract signing at no penalty. After 48 hours, or for ongoing services, cancellation results in forfeiture of the 50% deposit with no refunds on completed work. Monthly support requires 30 days written notice via [email protected].
Can I cancel monthly support?
Yes, with 30 days written notice to [email protected]. You'll be billed through the end of the notice period.
What's included in the $149/month support?
Hosting, security updates, minor content changes, technical support, and uptime monitoring. Think of it as having a web developer on call for routine maintenance.
How is Digital Growth different from Digital Foundation?
Foundation gets you a website and a professional email address — you're online, you look legit. Digital Growth adds more pages (5–7 total, written for local search), local SEO setup (Google Business Profile, citation directories, on-page keyword work), and a monthly slot where I'm actively working on your rankings. Foundation gets you online. Growth gets you found.
